You can use our wizards to quickly import your own list of contacts or subscribers from your PMS or contact database.  Or you can add subscribers one by one. Once you have imported or entered people into Mail Manager you can group them in many ways.  You can send email to any group at any time.

All of the contact/subscribers you import, enter, or register are yours.  We will not share, distribute, or sell any of your data!  It is your property and we are simply holding a copy of it.  We keep all of your data safe and secure.

Using our wizard it's simple to construct the email that is sent to your subscribers.  You can choose an overall layout or format for your email.  You may choose to include a custom survey that you've crafted to gather demographic data from your customers or subscribers.  You can also add personalization to your email.  Once you have completed the final step of the template creation wizard you can save the email template you created and use it on an ongoing basis in all of your email campaigning.

You can either create text only emails or use our HTML editor to build sophisticated emails or you can paste HTML from your favorite HTML editor like DreamWeaver or FrontPage or even paste from Word.  Which ever way you choose to create your emails, they can be completely customized, you can get as creative as you would like.

Each and every email you send out can be personalized and in many different ways.  Forrester Reports show dramatic email response increases when using personalization.  Mail Manager can automatically include different pieces of information in each email, like the subscribers name or company.

We have a wizard that can quickly and easily create a personalized registration form that your customers or Web site visitors can fill out and automatically become part of any subscriber group you have set up.   You can either use our standard look and feel or customize it to suit your own needs.

Optionally, you can create custom registration questions that can help you organize your subscribers into demographic or interest categories.  Over time, this can help you directly target specific subscribers.

This is a very powerful feature of Mail Manager.  You can step through our survey wizard to create just about any type of question you would like to send out.  These surveys or questionnaires can be inserted into a standard HTML email.  Most users can complete and submit their survey right from inside their own email program like Outlook, AOL, Act, Goldmine, LotusNotes, Netscape, Eudora, etc.  Even if a subscriber recieves a text only version of the email, they can link to the survey or questionnaire online!

As you gather data, you can create reports that will allow you to better understand your customers needs or interests and target special groups with specific offers or information. Internet Mail Manager's surveys and questionnaires can be used as an extremely powerful tool in your marketing research and campaigns.

Immediately after each send, many of our clients like to log in to our report section and watch their subscribers open their email! Internet Mail Manager features a report that updates in real time every time a subscriber opens the client's HTML email. This report also tracks when the email is forwarded to other people, and can be used as a tool for increasing the size of a client's subscriber list.

As well as reporting how many subscribers open your email, all links within your emails are also tracked.   The report not only details which links are clicked, but which subscriber clicked the link and when! We store this information for you to better understand your customers' behavior.  This can also be helpful in determining how effective a specific email campaign was.
