What if I send more or less in a month?

IMM will only charge for what you send each month. The charge is automatically adjusted up or down each month. No need to worry.

If I don't send anything for a given month, do I get charged anything?

Yes, there is a minimum $14 charge. This is for many reasons, it particular, we have a other services including surveys, website registrations, tracking and reporting that keep running and updating continually.

Do I have to submit my credit card information each month?

No, once you upgraded to a paid level all billing and charges is automatic. You can enter your credit card information online (securely) or call us and we will enter it directly.

When is my card charged?

At the end of each billing period. Your billing period is determined by the time you first register or sign up for a free trial.

Can I terminiate or cancel my account at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime, there is no time commitment. To terminate your account, please email or call us. We will email or call you back to verify the termination.

Can I pay without a credit card?

No, the automatic nature of credit cards helps keep our prices very low. But we do provide formal receipts online, that are formatted as an invoice marked paid. Your receipts are available at anytime in your account. All receipts can be easily printed for your records or accounting department.
