The MCV Alumni Association of VCU Board of Trustees has been very busy recently with many activities and new programs. Last winter I told you about new initiatives at the MCVAA including our support for the newly renovated Hunton Student Center, our new Endowed Legacy Scholarship, and our commitment to expanding membership and participation.  Read More. Members of the MCV Alumni Association's Board of Trustees recently toured the Hunton Hall student facility which is currently undergoing massive renovations to convert it into a state of the art student study and dining facility. The Alumni Association has pledged $250,000 toward these renovations. Despite the rain, everyone enjoyed the fellowship with former classmates and the opportunity to reconnect with their alma mater. See slide show of weekend highlights. The keynote speaker at the MCV Alumni Association's Annual Meeting was Dr. David Sarrett, Associate Vice President for Health Sciences. Dr. Sarrett shared a very informative overview of current academic programs on the MCV Campus. See presentation.
