If you are pasting material from MS Word into the Edit screen, you must Either use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-D, or look for the little Paste button (
)on the Edit Template interface.
Note the little arrow ()on the right of the button. Click the arrow to display the "Paste from MS Word" option.
MS Word attaches a LOT of superfluous code to the text in its documents, which is passed along when you paste the text into our system. This extra code can confuse some email browsers and can cause emails to be blocked or denied.
